Raul and his family have been growing coffee for 5 generations now.  They are known throughout the world for their delicious coffee from their farm La Soledad in Acatenango, Guatemala. More recently, the Perez family has started a new farm, El Llano, and we couldn't have been more excited when Raul reached out to us to see if we'd like to purchase coffee from this new project.

We've been friends with Raul for years now and its possible that Andy inspired Raul's love for capturing beautiful photos of the birdlife around his farms. But there is also a mutual love for beautiful coffee and we are delighted to be able to share this special lot with you.  The aromatics are sweet and chocolatey with hints of vanilla.  Cocoa carries over into the flavor as well, and is joined by hints of raisin - all wrapped up in a buttery body and resonating brown sugar sweetness. Drink up and hold your cups high in hopes that this is the first of many years we'll be sharing Raul's coffee with you!
