We are in the heart of fresh crop coffees arriving from Ethiopia, and as we run out of the Demisse and Duromina that made up Migration 3.1, we find ourselves with no desire to stray far from the 3.1 recipe. Coffees from Ethiopia are fantastic for cold brew and 3.2, a Kochere/Nigatu Wase combo was the obvious next delicious duo. This time, we bumped up the natural component, Wase, to 30%, and we are finding tropical fruit notes like mango, alongside juicy peach and a melon. DELICIOUS for cold brew, but don't pass it up for a killer pour over or espresso as well!
