Let's face it, we were tempted to purchase this coffee just because of the name. But the fact that it is also absolutely delicious, made the decision a no brainer.

Gogogu Bekaka is a wet mill managed by Kedir Jebril who hails from a family deeply rooted in coffee production.  Producers from the surrounding hillsides of Uraga, some of the highest farmland in Ethiopia, bring their harvest to the mill and Kedir ensures a meticulous separation of the highest quality beans making it into his Grade 1 selections.

This particular lot boasts a lemon-lime, and honey sweet fragrance. In the cup we are finding lemon-lime as well, joined by blackberry and orange marmalade. Wonderful coffee that we'd recommend trying as drip, espresso and cold brew!
