We are thrilled to bring back a very special new crop selection from the Kibingo washing station in Burundi!  Not only is the lot made up of the esteemed red bourbon variety, but it has been processed with a controlled yeast fermentation. What this means is that most of the microbes breaking down the fruit during the fermentation stage are a special strain of yeast. Want to learn more? Go here.
