La Danta AAA

This gem is grown by a group of producers known as La Danta, high in the mountains of Cajamarca, Peru. The group named themselves after the Andean Tapir, an endangered herbivore that can be found roaming the surrounding hills. This tapir is a symbol to the group's close tie with nature. 

Clearly, their care for nature is also shown in the great care they take in producing delicious coffee! We've been drinking our fair share from the day it arrived. Definitely highly recommend for anyone looking for a fuller bodied, uber sweet and balanced cup, with enough floral and fruit nuance to challenge the most discerning, complexity loving palates! Get it!
