The Triunfo Biosphere Reserve is the most diverse rainforest in Mexico and is home to a number of different endemic plants and animals. It is fitting then that this coffee is named after the abundant and beautiful birdlife that grace the coffee farms and surrounding hillsides inside the reserve. Around 300 small-scale farmers contribute their harvest to the Cotorras group, and this particular lot is an outstanding representative of what the area has to offer!

Off the grind Las Cotorras has a lovely floral and brown sugar fragrance, followed by tasting notes of milk chocolate and tangerine. Really tasty, and definitely fits our comfort coffee profile.  We will be drinking our fair share here at Sweet Bloom, but fortunately there's enough for you to enjoy as well!
