The Magwila co-op, near the town of Mbeya in southern Tanzania, is made up of 59 small plot (~1 1/2 hectares each) farmers. Each farmer's precious fruit is brought to the Magwila washing station to be de-pulped, sorted and dried.
Granted, it's early in 2020, but Magwila will surely remain one of our favorite coffees of the year. It's candy sweet aromatics hint at great things to come, and the flavors do not disappoint - ranging from dark fruits like plum and mission fig, to chocolate and maple syrup. A truly unique profile, it is raising eyebrows and cup after cup here at Sweet Bloom. We'll save some for you , but will definitely be drinking our fair share. Enjoy!
