Yep, the weather is warming up, and birds as far away as Antartica are making their way back north to breed here in the US and Canada. Don't get us going on how cool and miraculous migration is, but let's just say we think it is cool enough to name our seasonal blend after it. We create Migration to work great for cold brew. No, not cold brew where you just taste chocolate and malt with lifeless acidity, but a cold brew with spine, and nuance. This year's first version (2.0) is a 50/50 blend from Guji, Ethiopia, and southwestern Tanzania. You will find lovely darker fruit notes like plum, a lively pomelo acidity and a dark honey sweetness. Not into cold brew? No worries, Migration also works great for a brighter espresso and drip as well! As the name suggests, Migration arrives in the spring, and leaves in the fall, with a few versions in between.
