Karindundu
From $20.00
If you’ve been longing for delicious fresh crop coffee from Kenya, your time has come!
We taste
blackberry, pomelo, dark honey
...in this coffee.
We are delighted to share this lovely lot from Nyeri, Kenya – an area known to be one of the top producing regions in the world! Karindundu is a washing station within Nyeri, and is part of the greater Barichu Cooperative Society composed of three other washing stations – Karindundu, Gaturiri and Gatomboya
This lot stands out to us with its intensely sweet berry aromatics. Blackberry follows in the cup and is joined by a pomelo acidity and a deep dark honey sweetness. If you’ve been longing for delicious fresh crop coffee from Kenya, your time has come!

We buy, roast, and sell coffee. On a surface level, this sounds simple enough. But buying coffee in a way we are proud of and in a way that those who buy our coffee are proud of is often complex, challenging, and hard work. We find ourselves on a continuum of buying and selling that progresses towards more sustainable, meaningful and equitable. The below information provides basic information for each lot on where we are on this journey, and where this lot falls within our relationship chart.
