We are thrilled once again to offer a traceable to farmer natural from Ethiopia. Daniel Miju inherited his 15 hectare farm in 1978 and like Abera Gedela (whose natural we sold last year), is a founding member of the Worka cooperative. We don't offer a lot of naturals here at Sweet Bloom, but when we do, you should expect them to be very clean - free from the pop-corny influence of quakers (coffee fruit harvested when underripe) and wildl fruity flavors. Miju's coffee is remarkably pure with berry and tropical fruit notes, sparkling acidity and sweetness for days.
