This lot from the Tana Toraja growing region is just that - comfortable and snuggly, like your favorite sweater. Small lot producers bring their wet processed fruit to collection points, and the coffee is quickly trucked off to the Pedamaran Plantation, where the coffee is mechanically dried. If the earthy funk often found in coffee from Sumatra and other parts of Indonesia put you off buying coffee from this region, you may find yourself pleasantly surprised by this clean, sweet, full bodied selection from Sulawesi.
