If there's one thing that coffees from Huila region seem to have loads of, its sweetness. And that's what stands out with this lot from the Orocafe farmer group in the municipality of Timana (one of Colombia's oldest original settlements). The sugarcane sweetness is layered between dark dried fruits and and orange-like acidity. Very drinkable, very moorish, and very good as espresso.
