Karumandi is a washing station in the Kirinyaga region of Kenya and part of the Baragwi Co-op, known for its consistently great coffee. Based on the slopes of Mount Kenya, farmers from the surrounding hillsides bring their cherry to Karumandi to be processed.

When this coffee hit the cupping table, we were struck with the sweet fruit punch aromatics and complex flavors in the cup. Tropical fruits, bright but not overbearing acidity, and a good wallop of sweetness make Karumandi a stunning addition to our summer line up.
