We've been purchasing lots from Carlos Imbachi since the beginning, and if there is one thing you can rely on, its that Imbachi's coffees are super sweet! His farm, Buena Vista, sits high up near the town of San Agustin in the Huila department - one of the best growing regions in Colombia.  High altitude, careful processing and amazing terroir consistently leads to one of our favorite coffees.  This particular lot boasts floral aromatics with mandarin, brown butter and a touch of guava in the cup.
