Whenever we receive a new shipment from Carlos Imbachi, we get a little giddy around here. There is something special about the coffee he produces on his farm Buena Vista, and this lot is no exception. A gentle elegance and crisp malic acidity form the backbone, while florals, orange and white grape reveal themselves in layers from hot to cold. We'll be drinking this coffee by the gallons here at Sweet Bloom but promise to save you some.
