July and August are peak months for seeing wildflowers in the high country of Colorado. The meadows team with violet colored lupines mixed with pink, yellow, and red paintbrush.  A full spectrum of color set across the backdrop of towering Rocky Mountain peaks - truly beautiful and special.

It seems fitting then, that coffees from Ethiopia, known best for their floral characteristics, are also hitting their peak of freshness and vibrancy during this time of year. Our newest selection from Guji starts off with a lovely honeyed floral and lemon-lime fragrance fresh off the grind. The floral continues in the cup and is accompanied by stone fruit notes like apricot, with a pleasant, crisp Assam tea-like finish. Pretty dreamy, and a wonderful coffee to accompany you through summer's second half.
