Marlon's farm, Santa Rosa, sits at an elevation of 5900 ft above sea level in the highlands of Tarrazu. Marlon, a third generation producer, uses his relative's wet-mill to de-pulp the coffee and then brings the seeds back home to dry on raised African beds. Combine the incredible growing conditions of Tarrazu with careful processing, and the result are impressive indeed - uber sweet with white grape and kiwi, medium body and sparkling acidity.
