Santa Barbara was one of the very first coffees we offered 5 years ago, and we are stoked to offer another new lot from this group collectively known as El Aguacate! 30 small scale producers make up this group - their farms resting high in the remote district of Santa Barbara in Nariño. Known for their impressive quality, in 2005, the international jury for the Cup of Excellence awarded a score of 93.13 for a blended lot from these producers.

This particular lot is pleasantly floral and candy-like in the aromatics, and follows in the cup with citrus, dried fruit like golden raisins, and a brown sugar sweetness. Comfort coffee with a lively acidity - fantastic as drip, and for all you home espresso fanatics, beautiful in milk. Get it.
