Coffees from Central America in general are known for their balance and Santa Maria, from the Dota Co-op in Tarrazu epitomizes balance. Grown in the esteemed redish volcanic soils of Tarrazu, around 850 members contribute fruit to this well know co-op. Sweetness, acidity, soft mouthfeel and darker fruit notes like blackberry and plum all play nicely together. No acid bullies to contend with here, just a pleasant cup of comfort to brighten your summer days.
