Class

Level up your home brewing technique! This class focuses primarily on pour over, but is open to all brew methods and experience levels.

This workshop is designed for coffee enthusiasts who want to deepen their understanding of pour over brewing methods and the science behind a great cup.

We'll explore key concepts in extraction theory and teach you how to fine-tune brewing variables like grind size, water temperature, and pour technique.

Expect multiple coffee tastings and an optional hands-on experience.

Prior coffee knowledge and/or home brewing experience is plus!

Latte Art Workshop

Class

Are you looking to step up your latte art game? Look no further!

Class attendees will have the opportunity to steam milk and pour latte art with assistance from the instructor, Elaina, accompanied by several demonstrations of pouring technique.

Attendees are encouraged to have some experience steaming milk, but the course is open to all.

Sweet Bloom x Butterfly Pavilion: Coffee and Conservation

Join us for a unique opportunity to taste all of Sweet Bloom’s current coffee offerings in one immersive session! You’ll learn how to identify key tasting notes, assess quality, and understand what makes each coffee unique. Expect a fun, welcoming atmosphere where curiosity is encouraged, and no experience is required.
