Always a new favorite

Green unroasted coffee has a peak window of freshness where when roasted, is at its tastiest, free from the papery off flavors that creep in as green coffee ages. We are obsessed with roasting, selling and drinking our coffees within that sweet spot. What this typically means in practice is buying smaller lots that are only around for 2-3 months. We will even remove coffees from our inventory at times if we think there is too much age showing. Because of this, our offerings from one month to the next, and often one week to the next, never look the same.
