This classes focuses on pour over brewing methods, understanding extraction theory, and manipulating brew variables to achieve that perfect cup at home.

Expect multiple coffee tastings and an optional hands-on experience.

Prior coffee knowledge and/or home brewing experience is plus!

Latte Art Workshop

Class

Are you looking to step up your latte art game? Look no further!

Class attendees will have the opportunity to steam milk and pour latte art with assistance from the instructor, Elaina, accompanied by several demonstrations of pouring technique.

Attendees are encouraged to have some experience steaming milk, but the course is open to all.

in a cupping setting. Learn how to evaluate coffee in the same way as producers and buyers across the world.
