This classes focuses on pour over brewing methods, understanding extraction theory, and manipulating brew variables to achieve that perfect cup at home.

Expect multiple coffee tastings and an optional hands-on experience.

Prior coffee knowledge and/or home brewing experience is plus!

Join us for the second-annual Sweet Bloom Games! A night to celebrate the coffee community and HAVE FUN with carnival style games & prizes.

The Sweet Bloom Games is a fun, competitive, community-focused coffee event. It's designed to test your coffee skills, knowledge, and agility.

This year's 4 events include: Pretty Pours, Dial In Dash, How Ya Brewing, and Drip Don't Drop.

These events are played head-to-head, with a winner every round! Low risk, high reward.

A ticket gets you unlimited access to gameplay, food, and beverages.

Last year, The Sweet Bloom Games gave away over 200 prizes! This event is open to all experience levels from coffee professionals to casual enthusiasts.

Come celebrate the coffee community, connect with friends, and have a good ole' fashioned silly time!

Latte Art Workshop

Class

Are you looking to step up your latte art game? Look no further!

Class attendees will have the opportunity to steam milk and pour latte art with assistance from the instructor, Elaina, accompanied by several demonstrations of pouring technique.

Attendees are encouraged to have some experience steaming milk, but the course is open to all.

in a cupping setting. Learn how to evaluate coffee in the same way as producers and buyers across the world.
