This course offers an in-depth study of how to brew the best espresso at home.

Class attendees will have the opportunity to taste varying espressos, learn proper espresso preparation, and apply extraction knowledge to achieve consistent, sweet espresso.

This course is lecture style accompanied by several tasting exercises; this is not a hands-on machine experience. Please bring your questions!
