This experience focuses on pour over brewing methods, understanding extraction theory, and manipulating brew variables to achieve that perfect cup.

• There will be optional hands-on experience in addition to multiple coffee tastings.
• Sample sizes of coffee will be given to take home.
• We suggest some prior coffee knowledge and/or home brewing experience to attend this workshop.
