Earlier this spring, Felix’s coffee was included on a cupping table during our visit to Oaxaca. We immediately fell in love and knew this was a gem not to miss out on. Now six months later, we are thrilled to share this super tasty and tiny lot with you!
Felix grows his coffee high in the hills of San Lucas Zoquiapam on his farm, Llano Encinal. Fresh off the grind the aromatics are intense and intoxicating, full of tropical and dark fruits. These fruits carry over into the cup as well and range from blackberry to mango. Wrap all of this up in a heavier body and maple syrup sweetness and you have one beautiful and tasty cup of coffee.
