Los Rosales
A beautiful comfort coffee for the cooling days of fall!
We taste
soft floral, white grape, mandarin
...in this coffee.
For years now we’ve been offering lots from the small growing group of Los Rosales, who grow their coffee high in the hills overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Nariño. About 50 small-scale producers are involved in producing this AAA lot. If anything is true about these offerings, its that they are consistently sweet and delicious!
This specific lot has enticing floral aromatics which some claim come from the beautiful roses grown on the farms. In the cup we are finding notes of white grape and mandarin all wrapped up in a full body and sweet finish. Crisp fall mornings with a cup of Los Rosales in your hand will be sure to get your day off to a good start. Enjoy!

Transparency Information
We buy, roast, and sell coffee. On a surface level, this sounds simple enough. But buying coffee in a way we are proud of and in a way that those who buy our coffee are proud of is often complex, challenging, and hard work. We find ourselves on a continuum of buying and selling that progresses towards more sustainable, meaningful and equitable relationships. The chart below provides basic information for each lot on where we are on this journey.
