Migration 7.2

Great for cold brew, drip or espresso!

This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

We taste

sweet floral, juicy peach, sugarcane

...in this coffee.

Version 7.2 of Migration is a slight tweak to version 7.1 – swapping the washed component, Bekele Gemeda, with a new lot of our perennial favorite, Duromina. The Ismael remains, but this time at 30% of the blend, and Duromina at 70%.

The result is like a high def version of a really nice washed process coffee from Ethiopia. Aromatics are super sweet and floral, and we are finding an intense juicy peach note predominating from hot to cold – all wrapped up in a sugarcane sweetness.

As always, you’ll find this blend fantastic for cold brew, but don’t miss out on pulling shots and brewing it for drip as well. Sweet, peachy and delish. Grab some before this blend flies away until next year!

We buy, roast, and sell coffee. On a surface level, this sounds simple enough. But buying coffee in a way we are proud of and in a way that those who buy our coffee are proud of is often complex, challenging, and hard work. We find ourselves on a continuum of buying and selling that progresses towards more sustainable, meaningful and equitable relationships. The chart below provides basic information for each lot on where we are on this journey.
