Winter Bloom is created to bring warmth and good cheer during the winter months and holiday celebrations. The fruit component this year is brought to you by Esteban Zamora, who produced a lovely honey processed lot on his farm, San Marcos, located high in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. Add to this, chocolate notes and a malic acidity from Manuel Ramirez's washed selection, grown in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, and you have the most wonderful blend of the year! We are tasting dark chocolate truffles, mixed dried fruit reminiscent of fruit cake, and a lovely apple-like acidity. Tasty! So stay in those pajamas, pop on the fuzzy slippers, gather the loved ones, or don't, and ease into these colder days with Winter Bloom.
