Learn how to use proper cupping protocol and explore two flights of coffees.
Participants will be introduced to the cupping protocol, and focus on basic vocabulary from the SCA Coffee Tasters Flavor Wheel. You will learn how to evaluate each coffee using the SCA Cupping form and begin to understand and apply the concepts of scoring and evaluating different coffees in an objective way.
